The Sig Sauer P938 Equinox frame is made of alloy, with a black hard coat anodized finish. The slide is made of stainless steel, with a Nitron finish. The trigger is single action only (SAO), with a pull of approximately 7.5-pounds. The grip is custom blackwood, with a checkered front strap. The safety system is ambidextrous, which allows right and left handed shooters easier access. The sights are the 3 white dot SigLite night sights. It hold a 6-round magazine of 9mm ammunition, and has the option for users to upgrade to an extended 7-round clip.
