Ruger No. 1 International Single Shot rifles include a classic full-stock design and offer the following features: Strong, simple, compact breech mechanism ideally suited to today's powerful cartridges. Classic full-length International-style American Walnut stocks and blued alloy components. Ejector mechanism that provides maximum leverage at the point where the ejector engages the cartridge case and can be adjusted to provide extraction only. Sliding, shotgun-style tang safety that provides instant visibility and accessibility. Quarter-rib integral scope mounts that accommodate Ruger scope rings, included with each rifle. Sporting style butt-pad, grip cap and sling swivel studs.
