The Remington 700 SPS Varmint comes in 17 rem fireball, 204 ruger, 223 Remington, 22-250 remington, 243 remington, 308 winchester. So for the most fart minus the 308 these are smaller rounds and that's all you need to kill them ther varmints.
If you are looking for a good farm, pest, or varmint gun the The Remington 700 SPS Varmint may be just the ticket. Many people suggest the super fast and lightweight 17 Remington fireball as it's sow small but travels super fast and pretty much explodes inside its target protecting nearby livestock.
Since this gun is built on the 700 Remington platform it means it is super duper reliable and accurate out of the box for the most part. It has a 26" barrel for making those longshots, and the synthetic hardware ensures a great grip on the gun that won't slip if it's hot outside.
Like nearly all the modern 700's this gun has been pre-drilled and tapped for scope mounts, and includes swivel studs for a sling.
