The Sig Sauer P516 10" Pistol is based off the AR-15 rifle design. It fires a 30-round magazine of 5.56mm NATO ammunition. The overall length is 25.5-inches, with a barrel length of 10-inches. The trigger is based off military specifications, and has a pull of approximately 7.6-pounds. The weight of the weapon with out ammunition is 6-pounds. It has flip-up adjustable sights, and allows for accessories such as a mini red dot sight, tactical laser sight, along with a rotary diopter rear sight.
THe P516 10" Pistol has a selector switch that allows users to toggle between, safe, semi-automatic, and automatic (3-round burst) modes. The rifle twist on the barrel is 1:7", with 6 grooves. The grip is a Magpul MOE grip that allows users to maintain a stable grip on the weapon during each round that is fired. The rounds are chambered through a gas piston operating system, and it has a 4-position gas regulator. The barrel is military grade chrome, with a black hard coat anodized finish on the rest of the frame material.
