Winchester Repeating Arms Model 92 Case Hardened Sporter has one of those cool looking Octagon shaped barrels that happens to be 24" in length and blued. It's a lever action western styled gun that has a stock made from Grade 1 walnut and ends in a crescent butt plate. This guns comes in 3 calibers like a few of the other Model 92's; 44 Remington Magnum, 357 Magnum, and 45 Colt. This gun is just under 42" in length and weights 7lbs 4oz no matter what caliber you choose.

Rumor used to be that round barreled guns were more accurate than the octagonal, this is not so. The reason people claimed round barreled guns were more accurate by the way is just because only the most skilled gunsmith could make a round barrel. In modern times the Octagon barrel is just as accurate, and i think it looks more 1800's military or 1800s old west.
