The Colt’s Match Target® MT6731 in 5.56x45 NATO is based off the M-16's that colt originally issued for the US Military. The model MT6731 has a 16.1" Heavy barrel while some of the others Match Target rifles have chrome lined. It has 6 grooves with a 1 in 9 right hand twist. This means that for every 9 inches the bullet makes one complete turn. This gun has adjustable front and rear sights. The Colt’s Match Target® MT6731 is 35" in length and again the Match Target series are based off the M-16 and have a solid non collapsible stock. The gun weighs in at 7.1lbs.
