Berger Bullets
Article Posted: July 12, 2013
Berger Bullets bring an amazing feature to the hunting game as they are designed to take prey down in one shot. These bullets are constructed in such a way as to penetrate 4 to 6 in and then fragment dumping 40-50% of their energy. With proper shot placement this energy dump has been shown to drop game before they can even take a step. The shell fragments reach vital organs causing near instant death.
If the animal is not dispatched immediately, field test show that it will not be able to move very far before collapsing. Unlike traditional bullets, Berger Bullets end the hunt right there. With traditional bullets, when you shoot an animal the bullet might pass right through, or fail to strike a vital organ.
The video below shows the berger bullets dropping some rather nice bucks in their tracks. Most don't even take a single step. If it wasn't for our respect of animals we'd almost say it's funny how fast they drop. Very humane, little or no suffering.
Burger Bullets might just give the hunter the advantage. Tell us what you think about them below in the comment section.
